HOW DOES SWICH™ WORK? Chemical peeling has been practiced by physicians and skin care professionals for decades, to rejuvenate damaged and aging skin. This method relies on the skin’s ability to repair itself after injury.
Consistent damage to the epidermis, however, may lead to more serious side effects. SWiCH™ takes advantage of the skin’s natural repair mechanism, to help restore skin’s optimum appearance, without injury to the skin.
SWiCH™ works to help the body generate its own cellular energy, safely replenishing healthy components of the skin without inflicting damage. This revolutionary treatment is refreshing and painless, and leaves the skin looking luminous and firmer with an even, balanced skin tone.
*Packages include follow-up Enzyme treatments

HOW DOES MICRO-NEEDLING WORK?
Collagen is a protein that gives our skin its structure, working like a netting to hold skin cells together. It also gives skin a smooth and youthful appearance, as we have it in abundance when we are young. As we age, collagen starts to breakdown, which can lead to fine lines and wrinkles.
As the skin begins to repair itself, it turbo-charges the body’s natural ability to produce collagen. The tiny needles used in the procedure create microscopic channels in the dermis that stimulate that healing process.
The procedure improves skin texture, reduces the appearance of scars and creates a more youthful tone. It’s no surprise that this treatment has been hailed as a non-invasive way to achieve youthful, dewy looking skin.

Oxygen has been found to be very effective in controlling bacteria associated with demodex follicularum, the common skin mite, often present in individuals suffering from rosacea. This is helpful in controlling the susceptibility to infection and further redness.
One Oxygen Rx treatment can significantly minimize the look of large, broken capillaries and provide a soothing and relaxing experience for the client.

Q: What do chemical peels do?
Chemical peeling agents resurface the skin by inducing a controlled wound and thus removing superficial layers of the skin. As a result, chemical peels promote the growth of a new healthy top skin layer and improve skin problems like hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture and skin impurities.
Q: What should I expect during treatment?
Procedures may vary dependent on the type of chemical peel chosen. Skin is prepped using a medical degreaser to ensure the treated area is free of any oils left on the skin. The chemical agent is then applied and typically remains on the skin for 3 to 5 minutes. Most patients feel a mild stinging which is temporary and usually subsides after a few minutes. Some peels are designed to self neutralize and are applied in layers, and are left on the skin.
Q: How long is the recovery after a chemical peel and what type of care is necessary?
Recovery times will vary based on the type and strength of the peel. Immediately after the peel, your skin will feel tight and may be red, darkening of the skin prior to peeling Is also common. Peeling can range from light and flaky to more sheet like peeling. Peeling usually lasts 3-5 days, depending on the actual peel treatment. Aftercare products are required as they will enhance the healing process and results. Normal activity may be resumed after the peel, however strenuous exercise and heavy sweating should be avoided for 2-3 days. Sun exposure should be avoided while skin is peeling; exposure of treated skin to a lot of heat should also be avoided as it may induce swelling, redness and for deeper peels blisters under the skin. Peeling skin should be allowed to slough off naturally; picking or peeling of flaking skin is prohibited, as it may lead to scarring.
